Julie Charette
BSc PT, Certified Concussion Management Clinician, Certified MDT, Certified Gunn IMS
Julie graduated in Physiotherapy from Université de Montréal in 2004.
During her first years of practice, she completed her level 3 in Manual Therapy as well as diverse Kinetic Control courses in order to provide efficient stabilizing exercises to help patients regain function.
She has been practicing in a private clinic for the past 19 years, working with patients practicing a wide range of sports such as hockey, soccer, ultimate frisbee, running, ice skating, baseball and dancing. For the past 4 years, she has been treating and managing concussions and related symptoms as a Certified Clinician.
In 2019, she obtained her Certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy with the Robin McKenzie Institute of Canada, which provides an effective assessment and treatment techniques that are a great complement to Manual Therapy, empowering patients to treat their own symptoms. To add another tool in the toolbox, Julie has done her Gunn IMS diploma in 2023.
Julie has an interest in running injury and has been assessing and treating runners through the past years, trying to help beginners to love that sport. She also enjoys working with post-surgical patients such as ACL or rotator cuff reconstructions.
She first came to Whistler on a family ski trip in 2008 and fell in love with the mountains and the lifestyle. Years passed, and in 2021, she finally decided to fulfill her dream of living in BC with her family of 4 children.
Julie is an outdoor sport lover. She likes to run and hike, and, in the winter, you will find her on the slopes skiing as often as possible alone or with her family.

Linda Guanti
Linda Guanti is a Certified Level 2 Foundation Training Instructor, FRC Mobility Specialist, Certified Yoga Instructor, Medical Imaging Technologist and Steward of Horses.
Hello! I’m Linda Guanti and I’ve lived most of my life on the path of health care education. My journey started at a young age when I fractured multiple vertebrae in my Lumbar Spine. As an active teenager it was frustrating to hear the Orthopeadic doctor state that I might never be able to touch my toes again and would have to live with back pain. I continued to be involved with horses and sport and went to school for Medical Imaging. I started working as an X-Ray Technologist in 1998 and continued my personal physical work towards transformation and pain relief.
This eventually led to Yoga Teacher Training (2011) and then further to becoming a Certified Foundation Training Instructor (2013) among other various movement courses. Foundation Training is what turned my life around and I have continued my goal to share it with others. I returned to the FT Team in 2014 to assist with an FT certification and again in 2019 to begin my Level 2 FT certification. I am a Level 2 Fully Certified Foundation Training Instructor. I have also completed my FRC mobility specialist certification to continue to add tools to my offerings.
My Xray career has given me a unique insight into the human body. No other profession (aside from some chiropractors) are able see how patients present physically both outside and inside at the exact same time. The human body is far more powerful and adaptive than you can imagine. My goal is to help you discover the tools to fully connect with your body and have faith in overcoming your obstacles.

Lindsay moved to the Sea-to-Sky from the UK in 2007 and quickly realized her passion for a life in the mountains. Working first as a ski instructor and then a ski patroller, she enjoyed her fair share of fresh air and fresh powder. But after sustaining a few injuries herself & going through extensive rehabilitation to get back on skis, Lindsay developed a greater understanding & appreciation of Physiotherapy, and its importance in helping people make the most out of an active life. Since then, she has completed additional training in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, and is also a certified IMS practitioner. Her practice has a strong focus on manual (hands-on) therapy, but also providing exercise prescription, educating and empowering patients to take control over their own recovery.
